Below is an American model/actress named Margaux Brooke. The photo was taken in London on September 15, 2014. She was one of several models wearing this shibari ensemble at Christopher Kane’s Ready to Wear show during London Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2015. I can only imagine what photographer Steve Wood thought about this foreshadowing what civilians would be wearing. As for Margaux Brooke, it adds to her appeal that she can do Karate.
Make no mistake about it, the above photo is only one of many examples of her being kinky. For example, there is a Michael C. Dumler photo where she is licking a cactus where the top part looks like a glans. Margaux is such an outgoing person that she makes me detect the similarity between liberal and libido. At the risk of flagellating a dead pony, her photos by Ben Cope reminded me of the FetLife site. Speaking of Spears, Rihanna fantasized doing a music video for S&M (2010) where she gets to spank Spears.
Despite what this implies, Rihanna regards herself as submissive. This can only add more fuel to the fire of those imaginations whose brains know about Rihanna having once being intimate with Cara Delevingne. In the below 2019 photo, Cara and Ashley Benson were seen carrying the Obedience sex bench. Courtesy of The Master brand, it was deemed that the name of the franchise would not suffice, so the box cited the periodicals that plugged them: Vice, Daily Mail, Nylon, Jezelbel, Out, The Cut, In Touch and Autostraddle. Rihanna’s image was used on the back of a package of a sex toy, albeit one that was designed for men. With Delevingne being a model, she should count her blessings that she had never succumbed to this fate. The manufacturer got away with this because Rihanna was barely recognizable with her head turned to the side, and the photo was in black and white. The toy was simply called M^sturbator, and the name of the brand was called Pretty Love. It was made in China by a 1993-formed company called Liaoyang Baile. If you go to Jeni Chua’s IMDB photo gallery, you will see a tied-up Quentin Tarantino being left in a tongue-tied state by an elevated Jeni. The photographer was David LaChapelle.
Oddly enough, I’m reminded of a Hong Kong film actress who had an erotica book published in 2001. Titled Feel, this Christy Chung photo book was also the title of a disc (VCD and DVD) that was sold in conjunction with it. She could be seen in equal measure as dominatrix and dominated. 2001 was a banner year for her because she starred in two erotic films - a Tibetan story titled Samsara and a Thai story called Jan Dara. Men are actually worse off when wanting to join SNCTM because they have to pay whereas women don’t but are still acquired to be delectable. Single men are expected to pay more than partnered ones.
Leah Moth wrote, directed and starred in a short film called Shibari. It’s her most recent completed project. This can go one of two ways - be a proof of concept for a feature film or for a TV series. If you can have a heavy metal cruise or a lesbian cruise then there should be a BDSM cruise. I guess being sea sick would add too much to the nausea of being gagged or suspended upside-down, but that’s why you would need medics and safety supervisors. Actress and intimacy coordinator Mayra Amaya is an expert in BDSM and kink in general, so you’re in safe hands. Her miscellaneous roles behind the camera put her in good stead.
Jean Franzblau is another actress/coordinator with knowledge on BDSM. Logan Davis is another a/c with kink awareness. Imagine her doing an audio commentary for an erotic film called Air Conditioner. Anyway, Logan is a member of the sexuality letter soup i.e. LGBTQIA. There should only be one letter - Q - because gays and lesbians represent different things. In their ideal utopia, it would only be one gender at a pride event. Getting back on track to intimacy coordinators, Megan Gilron is someone who has performed enough roles in front and behind the camera so as to see eye to eye with different creative positions.
Amanda K. Rue is a BDSM consultant and intimacy coordinator who is not an actress. As for Brits, El Wood is an intimacy coordinator who did start out as an actress. I’m beginning to think that it is like a martial artist who goes from being a stuntman to a stunt coordinator. Anyway, El Wood stands out for covering all bases that any given producer can cover their a$$. Divulging any further would be a fruitless endeavour when you can find out for yourself, but what I will say is that she used to be a model.
You would be sadly accurate for guessing that all of these intimacy coordinators are white. However, there are a couple of black coordinators who are also BDSM experts. These are Zuri Pryor-Graves and Erin Tillman. The latter stands out for having the experience of being a stand-in. This makes me think what would happen if you were hired to be a stand-in for a method actor. All of this makes me grateful that none of my screenplays have sex scenes.
Back when Lana Wachowski was known as Larry Wachowski, he began attending a Los Angeles BDSM club after the release of The Matrix (1999). The Club, called The Dungeon, is where he met his second wife - a dominatrix who went by this name: Ilsa Strix. Larry’s first wife had divorced him in 2002 after finding out. I wonder if they frequent SNCTM. Meagan Lee Farrell is an actress who appeared in American Hustle (2013). She looks like an amalgamation of Elizabeth Hurley and Vanessa Kirby. Meagan is the most prolific of the actresses who have participated in shibari.
Unfortunately, she doesn’t have any more screen credits since 2017. But if you want interviews with an actress who talks about BDSM then you would be better served looking into Margaret Cho (above right). Her rising popularity coincided with that of another horny Oriental - Annabel Chong. I won’t go into any specifics but what I will say is that Annabel’s claim to fame reminds me of today’s Bonnie Blue. As for BDSM, Annabel appeared in a few videos. It remains to be seen if there is a need for intimate coordination in the film industries situated in Hong Kong, Taiwan or Mainland China.
